My Journey
I started in production customer operations, working with live systems, strict SLAs, and real users, where reliability and performance directly shaped business outcomes. That foundation still drives how I engineer today: I build systems that hold up in production, not just in theory. From there, I moved into software and ML engineering, taking end-to-end ownership across data pipelines, model integration, and backend infrastructure.
